Returns & Refund Policy
WHAT can be returned?
If the item hasn't been used or damaged and free of any markings or labels, it can be returned however the freight cost for returning is extra and the freight cost that we charged to deliver isn't refundable.
WHEN do items need to be returned by?
Claims need to be made within 7 days of the purchase date.
HOW do customers return items?
If you need to return an item, email us at info@navika.com.au with your order number and the items you would like to return and we will provide you with a return authorization.
Once the return request is accepted, we will contact you to arrange a collection or advise on how you need to return the item to our warehouse.
Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Cost of Return Shipping?
The buyer is responsible for for the cost of return shipping.

CREDIT for returns?
We will provide you with a full refund within 7 business days of receiving and inspection of the returned item/s. Your refund will be issued through the Bank Transfer, excluding the initial shipping cost.

Items need to must be properly packaged to prevent damage during transit,
Exchanges?
Exchanges for the same product may be offered at the discretion of our team.
If you would like to exchange your goods, we recommend placing a new order for the exchange product at the same time as returning your original items for refund to avoid delays or exchange items selling out. We also offer store credit which can be applied to your account. Please let us know this when you request a return.
Damaged or Defective?
If items are received in a damaged or defective condition, you are advisable to notify us immediately and provide photographic evidence. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, either by issuing a refund or sending a replacement.
